  • TRX
  • Boxing ring
  • Dumbbells
  • Kettlebells
  • Ropes
  • Gymnastic rings

How you get in

The gym is entered with an access card. You set it up once, and it takes a couple of minutes:

  1. Register on the site, on the My account page, with a few details.
  2. You get an email with your access card. It is generated automatically, so there is nothing to collect.
  3. Add it to your wallet. Google Wallet or Apple Wallet, whichever you use.
  4. Tap it at the front desk. The receptionist sees whether your pass or ticket is valid and lets you in.

If you would rather have a physical card, ask for one at reception, we then swap the phone card for it.

If this is your first visit and you do not have a pass yet, just come to the reception desk: we can sort everything out there in one go.

Classes need booking in advance

You can walk into the weights area any time during opening hours. Group classes do need a booking, it takes a couple of clicks in the timetable, and you can see straight away where there is still room.

What to bring

  • Comfortable sportswear
  • Clean indoor shoes, outdoor shoes are not allowed on the floor
  • A towel: we wipe down the machines after use. If you did not bring one, you can rent one at the front desk, we handle the washing
  • Water, though you can get a drink at the front desk too

You do not need to bring equipment. TRX straps, weights, mats, boxing gloves, we provide all of it.

Lockers

You get a locker key at reception, and you hand it back when you leave. No coin needed, nothing to bring.

When to come

  • Monday–Friday: 06:00–21:30
  • Saturday: 09:00–20:00
  • Sunday: 14:00–20:00

Weekday evenings between 16:00 and 20:00 are the busiest. If you are flexible, early morning and early afternoon are far quieter, the home page shows live how many people are inside right now.

Where to park

In the courtyard for 500 HUF an hour, or on the street at the city’s current parking rates. Attila utca is a yellow zone.

Coming by bike? There is free, guarded bicycle storage in the courtyard.

Getting up to the gym

The gym is on the second floor, and there is no lift for guests: the way up is by stairs. If you are unsure whether that works for you, give us a call before you come.

The first half hour

Come to the reception desk and say it is your first time. We will show you the changing rooms and the lockers at the front desk, and you can ask the receptionist anything. If you came for a class, tell the instructor beforehand that you are new, everyone started there, and they will keep an eye on you.

If you want to start with weights and are not sure how, ask any of our coaches. You do not have to be their personal training client for them to show you how a machine works properly.

What it costs

You can buy a day ticket at reception for a single visit, or a pass right away if you know you will be back. Students and University of Szeged staff get reduced prices with a student or staff card.

Prices and pass types are on the Passes & prices page, where you can also buy online.

If you are coming to a class

Most of our classes work for beginners: the instructor gives an easier version of every exercise. Arrive about ten minutes early so you have time to change and find your spot.

You can book without a pass: reserve your spot and pay for a ticket or pass at the front desk before the class. If a class is full, you can join the waiting list, and we let you know if a place opens up.

A class runs for sixty minutes and holds 8–20 people, so the popular slots fill up.

Still not sure? Give us a call on +36 70 320 0488, quicker than reading through the FAQ.
