Get Fit
Try our Get Fit circuit class in Szeged. Stations with TRX, dumbbells and body weight at Forma 1 Fitness, no two sessions are the same.
Strength, drive, shape
Station-based circuit training. Every station has a different exercise and a different muscle group; you work for a set time, then move on. TRX, dumbbells, kettlebells, body weight, depending on what the instructor sets out that day.
What kind of class is this?
Sixty minutes, in rounds. A round consists of several stations, a station is typically 30–60 seconds, with a short change in between. The rounds repeat.
Because the stations change from week to week, no two classes are alike, and your body does not get used to them either.
How do I know if it suits me?
If machines bore you but you cannot put a session together on your own, circuit training solves that for you: you turn up, and the class happens to you.
Every station has an easier and a harder version, and the instructor walks the circuit and adjusts where needed. Start with lighter weights, circuit training is the format where it is easiest to overdo the first class.
Why is it worth trying?
- Full-body, functional training in one hour
- Strength and endurance develop together
- Changing stations: it cannot get boring, and progress does not stall
- You do not have to decide what to do
- The instructor watches your form throughout
