Passes, payment and discounts: what to expect
Which pass fits your weekly rhythm, how you can pay, who gets a discount, and what happens if you cannot come in for a month. All of it, plainly.
Choosing a pass is not a question of price but of rhythm: the good pass is the one you actually use. This article helps you avoid paying for something that does not fit your week.
Current prices are always on the passes page, they come live from the system there, so they cannot go stale.
Which pass suits you
Single-entry ticket. If you would come once or twice a month, or you are still trying us out. Valid for group classes too.
Morning pass. Weekdays between 6:00 and 14:00, and any time at weekends. If you work shifts, work from home, or you are a student with afternoon lectures, this is the best value we have.
Full pass. Open to close, weekdays and weekends, group classes included. If you come in two or three times a week, this usually works out cheaper than the equivalent single tickets.
Group classes are covered by the full and single-entry passes. If your week is gym and classes, the full pass means you do not need to buy two things.
How you can pay
At reception: cash, bank card and OTP SZÉP card.
You can also buy online as an adult guest, on the passes page, in a few clicks. Once the system confirms that your pass is ready, your entry card is valid immediately, so there is no queue at the desk. If the purchase is still being processed, call us and we will sort it out.
Discounts
Students and SZTE students and staff get discounted rates. We can only apply the discount with valid proof: a student card or SZTE staff card. Bring it on your first visit.
With an AYCM card you can train with us from the L package. The card allows one entry per day: gym floor or group class, not both on the same day.
Worth knowing about your pass
It is not transferable. One pass, one person at a time. This is not pettiness: the entry card belongs to your account and records your entries.
It can be paused for illness or injury. Assessed case by case, but tell us in good time, retroactively it is harder.
You can check your pass any time. The My account page shows how long it is valid and how many sessions you have left. No need to ask at the desk.
If you miss a class
Group classes have to be booked, and if you cannot come, cancel at least one hour before the class starts. If you do not cancel and do not show up: with a single-entry ticket or an entry-based pass the session is used up, and with a monthly full pass one day is deducted from the pass.
A class holds 8–20 people. A cancelled place immediately frees up for someone else, which is the only reason the rule exists.
If you need a break
You can suspend your pass twice a year, for up to 30 days at a time, just ask at the front desk. The validity is extended by the length of the suspension.
As a gift
You can buy a pass as a gift. The Gift voucher page has the details, it tends to land better than another Christmas jumper.
If you still have questions
The FAQ works through the common ones, from locker keys to the morning pass time limits. If it is not there, call us or write from the Contact page, there is always someone at the desk during opening hours.
